Product Description:
Composition: Selected mixture of high-molecular-weight saturated zinc fatty acid salts Appearance: Light yellow granules

Density: 1.05 g / cm³(20℃)

Ash content: 13.0 ± 1 %(850℃, 2 hours)

Melting range: 95-107℃

Applications: As a dispersing and lubricating additive, CUREKIND 50P has excellent physical lubricating effects, which can reduce the viscosity of natural rubber and synthetic rubber compounds to facilitate processing. It can improve the dispersibility of fillers and rubber chemicals in compounds, endow the compounds with high scorch safety, promote vulcanization, help demold vulcanized products and keep molds clean. It mainly features high extrusion rate of compounds, good dimensional stability and low die swell. It can shorten mixing time, improve the flow properties of unvulcanized rubber, and has no adverse effect on the adhesion between rubber and metal. It can improve the storage stability of compounds, which is particularly beneficial for direct vulcanization processes. Another feature is that when used in EPDM extruded seal strips, it can effectively improve the compression set performance.

Usage Method: When used as a white filler activator or carbon black processing and dispersing additive, CUREKIND 50P should be added together with fillers, and the mixing temperature should reach above the melting point of 95℃. It is recommended to use it in an internal mixer.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place in sealed conditions. The original package can be stored for two years after sealing. The package is a composite paper bag lined with a plastic film bag, with a net weight of 25 kg, and 500 kg per pallet.
